XRP Login Ads ("XRP Login Ads", "we", "us", "our") is an independently operated online affiliate marketing platform. The Service is delivered worldwide via the website at xrploginads.com (and associated domains). For all legal and support matters you can reach us at legal@xrploginads.com.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) and legally able to enter into a binding contract. You are solely responsible for confirming that participating in a cryptocurrency-based affiliate program is lawful where you live, and for complying with all local laws (including financial, marketing, consumer-protection, and tax laws).

For a one-time payment of $19 (paid in XRP), XRP Login Ads grants you access to:

• A member dashboard with your stats, invites, payouts, and qualification status.
• Login-ad rotation (your banner shown to other members on sign-in).
• Swipe ads, email drafts, and pre-written promotional copy.
• Invite tools, share links, and downloadable creatives.
• Training resources and a getting-started PDF.
• Participation in the 2-up cash-flow structure described below.

Payouts are made in XRP on the supported networks. Network fees, congestion, market price, and exchange rates are outside our control. We may add, change, or remove individual features over time without notice provided the overall Service remains substantially as described.

Each qualifier sale is $19 in XRP and is split between the recipient affiliate and the platform on-chain. The structure works as follows:

• Your first 2 paid invites pass up to your sponsor. When the sale is paid, $10 routes to your sponsor and $9 to the platform.
• From your 3rd paid invite onward you keep the commission. Your 3rd invite pays a one-time $19 first-keeper bonus (the full sale, no platform split). Every paid invite after that pays you $10 with $9 to the platform.
• Pass-ups always count toward your 2, regardless of whether your sponsor was qualified to receive the commission. If your sponsor was not qualified at the moment your sale settled, the commission goes to the platform — but the slot still counts as one of your 2 pass-ups. We intentionally never penalise you for an inactive upline.
• To receive pass-ups from your own downline, you must (a) have paid your own qualifier, (b) have a verified primary XRP payout wallet on file, and (c) have personally completed 2 pass-up sales.
• Wallet integrity. Your verified primary payout wallet cannot be deleted or unverified while it is the only verified wallet on your account; you must first add and verify a replacement and promote it to primary. This protects payouts in flight.
• Final on-chain settlement. Payouts settle on the XRP Ledger and are final. There are no backfills, manual reroutes, or retrospective adjustments to commissions that have already routed according to the rules above.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when signing up and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password, email inbox, and wallet credentials secure. We will never ask for your wallet seed phrase or private keys.
• One account per person. Multiple accounts, alias accounts, or accounts created to manipulate the rotator, invites, or 2-up structure may be terminated without refund.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

XRP Login Ads is an affiliate marketing platform. It is not a security, investment scheme, savings product, franchise, multi-level marketing (MLM) program, pyramid scheme, money game, gifting program, or matrix.

• Commissions are paid only on the direct sale of the $19 entry to a real person who completes payment in XRP.
• You earn nothing for inviting, sign-ups, or activity alone — a paid sale is required.
• Beyond the 2-up pass-up qualifier, there is no downline, no levels, no matrix, and no recurring or residual income from anyone else's activity.
• The $19 fee buys access to the platform and tools. It is not an investment, deposit, or loan, and we make no promise of profit, return, or capital preservation.

XRP Login Ads is not a "get rich quick" scheme. Any income figures, examples, screenshots, or testimonials shown anywhere on the Service are illustrative only and are not a promise, projection, or guarantee of results. Your earnings depend entirely on your own effort, traffic, marketing skill, market conditions, and many other factors outside our control. The typical participant should expect to earn little or nothing.

• All payments and payouts are in XRP, on-chain.
• The $19 entry is intentionally non-refundable once your slot has been assigned to your sponsor under the 2-up structure.
• Where the system detects an over-payment, under-payment, or duplicate payment, the excess (or full amount) will be refunded automatically to the sending wallet at our discretion.
• On-chain transactions are irreversible. If you send funds to the wrong address, from a custodial exchange that does not support your withdrawal, or from a wallet you do not fully control, we cannot recover them.
• Your wallet, your responsibility. If you lose your seed phrase, private keys, or device, the associated funds are lost. We have no access to and no ability to restore them.
• Cryptocurrency values are volatile. The XRP value of a $19 entry or any payout may rise or fall significantly between transactions, and we do not hedge that risk for you.

You agree not to, and not to allow anyone else to:

• Spam, send unsolicited bulk email, or use purchased / scraped lists to promote your invite link.
• Misrepresent XRP Login Ads, its founders, the 2-up structure, payouts, or earnings potential.
• Promote the Service alongside adult content, gambling, illegal goods or services, hateful content, harassment, malware, phishing, or anything that violates third-party intellectual-property rights.
• Upload ads, banners, swipes, links, or images you do not own or have full permission to use.
• Run more than one account, or attempt to manipulate the login-ad rotator, invite attribution, or 2-up qualifier through bots, scripts, fake traffic, click fraud, or VPN/proxy rotation.
• Engage in fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or use of stolen funds. We cooperate with law enforcement and regulators where legally required.
• Probe, scan, scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service, its APIs, or its security.

When you use email tools or pre-written swipes provided by XRP Login Ads, you are responsible for complying with all applicable anti-spam laws, including (without limitation) the US CAN-SPAM Act, Canada's CASL, the UK PECR, and the EU GDPR. That means you must:

• Only email people who have given you valid permission.
• Identify yourself accurately and not use deceptive subject lines or "from" addresses.
• Include a working unsubscribe link and a physical postal address where required by law.
• Honour opt-out requests promptly.

We may suspend any account that generates spam complaints, blocklist hits, or abuse reports.

You retain ownership of the ads, banners, swipes, links, and other content you submit ("Your Content"). You warrant that you have all necessary rights to Your Content and that it does not infringe any third-party right or violate any law. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, cache, and distribute Your Content as needed to operate the Service (e.g. showing your banner in the login rotator). You can remove Your Content at any time from your dashboard, and that licence ends (except for cached or backup copies) when you do.

The XRP Login Ads name, logo, brand, website, dashboard, code, copy, training materials, swipe library, banner templates, and overall look and feel are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may use them only as necessary to promote your own affiliate link, in line with these Terms. You may not resell, sublicense, white-label, or pass off the Service or our materials as your own.

You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any tax owed on commissions or other income you earn through the Service, in your country of residence and any other applicable jurisdiction. We do not provide tax advice and we do not withhold tax on your behalf. The fiat value of an XRP payout for tax purposes is generally measured at the time of receipt; please consult a qualified tax adviser.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, harms other members, exposes us to legal risk, or abuses the system. Where termination is for cause, paid entries and earned-but-unpaid commissions are non-refundable and may be forfeited. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, tax, and governing law) will continue to apply.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, that bugs will be corrected, or that any particular result, traffic level, or income will be achieved.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XRP Login Ads, its founders, employees, contractors, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost cryptocurrency, business interruption, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose, or (b) USD $19. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, in which case the above limits apply to the maximum extent permitted.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless XRP Login Ads and its founders, employees, contractors, and partners from and against any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) Your Content; (b) your use or misuse of the Service; (c) your breach of these Terms; (d) your violation of any law or third-party right; or (e) your promotional activity, including any spam complaints or regulator action against you.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. For material changes, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email and/or by an in-dashboard notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that period means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, your sole remedy is to stop using the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You and XRP Login Ads agree first to try in good faith to resolve any dispute by informal contact at legal@xrploginads.com for at least 30 days. If a dispute cannot be resolved that way, it will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court where eligible. You agree to bring any claim only in your individual capacity, and not as part of a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer rights you have under your local law.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed or modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
