Privacy Policy

Last updated: 12 May 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data XRP Login Ads ("we", "us", "our") collects, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and the rights you have over it. It applies to xrploginads.com, the member dashboard, and any related services. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and our Cookies notice.

1. Who we are

XRP Login Ads operates the website at xrploginads.com and the related member dashboard. We act as the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at legal@xrploginads.com.

2. What we collect

  • Account data: email address, password hash, display name, invite / sponsor link.
  • Payment & on-chain data: the wallet addresses you send funds from, the deposit address assigned to your sale, transaction hashes, and the amount & network. We do not store private keys, seed phrases, or card details, and we never ask for them.
  • Promotional content you upload: banners, swipes, links, and ad copy you submit through the dashboard.
  • Usage data: pages visited, ads clicked, basic device info (browser, OS, approximate location derived from IP), and dashboard activity logs used for security and abuse-prevention.
  • Communications: any messages you send us through support, including any attachments.
  • Cookies & similar technologies: see our Cookies notice.

3. How we use your data

  • To run your account, process payments, and pay you out in XRP.
  • To attribute invites to your sponsor under the 2-up qualifier structure.
  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, multi-accounting, spam, and rotator manipulation.
  • To send you transactional emails (sign-up, password reset, payment confirmations) and, if you opt in, occasional product updates.
  • To provide support and respond to enquiries.
  • To meet our legal, regulatory, and tax obligations.

4. Legal basis (UK / EU users)

We process personal data on the basis of (a) performance of our contract with you, (b) our legitimate interest in running, securing, and improving the Service, (c) your consent where required (e.g. marketing emails, non-essential cookies), and (d) compliance with legal obligations.

5. Sharing your data

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Service:

  • Our backend and database provider (account & payment records).
  • Our crypto wallet infrastructure provider (deposit address generation, payouts, refunds).
  • Our email delivery provider (transactional & magic-link emails).
  • Hosting, error-monitoring, and security providers.
  • Professional advisers (lawyers, accountants) where strictly necessary.
  • Law enforcement, regulators, or other parties where we are legally required to do so or to protect our rights, the Service, or other users.

6. International transfers

Some of our service providers operate outside your country (including in the United States and the European Economic Area). Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or equivalent mechanisms.

7. On-chain data

Cryptocurrency transactions are public by nature. Once an XRP payment is sent to or from a wallet, that transaction (amounts, addresses, timestamps) is permanently visible on the blockchain. We have no control over this and cannot remove it.

8. Data retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to handle disputes, enforce our Terms, and meet legal obligations (typically 6 years for financial records). Backup copies may persist for a limited period after deletion.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, restrict or object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior lawful processing). To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the support form or at legal@xrploginads.com. UK and EEA users also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk).

10. Security

We use industry-standard measures (HTTPS everywhere, hashed passwords, encrypted secrets, server-side webhook signature verification, role-based access controls) to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your password and wallet credentials safe.

11. Children

The Service is not intended for, and we do not knowingly collect data from, anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above will always reflect the latest version. For material changes we will give you reasonable advance notice by email and/or by an in-dashboard notice.

13. Contact

For privacy or data-protection questions you can contact us through the support form in your dashboard, or by email at legal@xrploginads.com.
