• Account data: email address, password hash, display name, invite / sponsor link.
• Payment & on-chain data: the wallet addresses you send funds from, the deposit address assigned to your sale, transaction hashes, and the amount & network. We do not store private keys, seed phrases, or card details, and we never ask for them.
• Promotional content you upload: banners, swipes, links, and ad copy you submit through the dashboard.
• Usage data: pages visited, ads clicked, basic device info (browser, OS, approximate location derived from IP), and dashboard activity logs used for security and abuse-prevention.

• To run your account, process payments, and pay you out in XRP.
• To attribute invites to your sponsor under the 2-up qualifier structure.

Cryptocurrency transactions are public by nature. Once an XRP payment is sent to or from a wallet, that transaction (amounts, addresses, timestamps) is permanently visible on the blockchain. We have no control over this and cannot remove it.

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to handle disputes, enforce our Terms, and meet legal obligations (typically 6 years for financial records). Backup copies may persist for a limited period after deletion.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, restrict or object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior lawful processing). We use industry-standard measures (HTTPS everywhere, hashed passwords, encrypted secrets, server-side webhook signature verification, role-based access controls) to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your password and wallet credentials safe.

The Service is not intended for, and we do not knowingly collect data from, anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above will always reflect the latest version. For material changes we will give you reasonable advance notice by email and/or by an in-dashboard notice.
